*If you want to postpone the sessions, please contact our team and you can use your right to postpone the sessions ONLY ONCE to a date that is convenient for you and us.*If you cannot participate in any study due to Covid, you have the right to postpone or refund up to 50%. *There are no refunds or credits issued in case of: an early departure in your reservation, flight cancellations, due to bad weather, blackouts, tropical storms or hurricanes, or any other change in your reservation that reduces the number of nights or rooms reserved, for any circumstance.

*We recommend that all our clients obtain travel insurance coverage.

*Visa, transportation and insurance are not included in any holistic activity you purchase through our site SANTULAN.

*In the event of a No-Show and without us receiving any written notification from you before 07:00 am the day after your arrival, we reserve the right to assign your room to other guests and your credit card will be charged the total amount.
